Honeycrisp Apple

Ripening Date: September 7th – January 10th 
Taste: Sweet and subtly tart, tangy flavor with subtle fruity nuances.
Great for: eating, salads, pies, and freezing.
History: Developed in the 1960’s at the University of Minnesota’s Agricultural Experiment Station. It was bred to tolerate cold weather climates.
